Tuck and Run Designs creates unique handmade bandanas. Each bandana is double sided and slides over their current collar for ease of use and no fear of tying anything around their neck. There is no risk of the bandana falling off and being lost. Bandanas are handmade so there may be a slight variation in sizing.

    Care instructions

    🐾Because our bandanas are handmade, we recommend hand washing & laying flat to dry. Iron if needed but do not let the iron come in contact with the vinyl.

    Damage Product

    Despite our careful & durable packaging, sometimes items can still become damaged in transit.
    Our damage policy:
    🐾You must contact us via Etsy email within 24 hours of reciept to let us know that your item arrived damaged. You must provide us with the photos of the damage and also photos of the original shipping box and packaging materials.
    🐾We do not offer refunds on items delivered damaged but we will replace the item immediately.

    Wrong Address/Lost Package

    Tuck and Run Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. It is the buyers responsiblity to provide the correct address.

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify USPS of a lost or missing pakage. once the package leaves or hands, it becomes the resposibility of the buyer, unless the package becomes damaged in transit. (see damage item FAQ)
